1. Formation of Contract

A contract between you and Leveson Design is formed once full payment has been received and we issue an order confirmation. Until then, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

2. Order Confirmation

You must provide a valid email address when placing an order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, and graphics—is the property of Leveson Design.
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, store, republish, distribute, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are accurate.
Please note:

  • Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur.

  • Orders will only be fulfilled where no material website errors exist.

 

5. Website Safety

We aim to ensure the website is free from defects or viruses, but we cannot guarantee this.
You are responsible for using suitable antivirus protection and appropriate hardware.
We are not liable for damage to your equipment except where caused by our negligence.

6. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before payment.

  • Payment is taken at the time of order.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery charges vary based on product size and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page but are not guaranteed.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

  • You must provide an accurate delivery address.

  • Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery.

Damaged Items

If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellation Rights for Made-to-Order, Customised & Bespoke Items

Made-to-order, customised, and bespoke products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun unless the goods are faulty.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are bespoke and made to order, returns are only accepted for faulty goods reported within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty, damaged, or shortfall issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
If the goods are defective, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Our liability will not exceed the value of the goods in question.

10. Cancellation by Leveson Design

We may cancel an order if:

  • the item becomes unavailable

  • we are unable to deliver to your location

A full refund will be issued within 14 days.

11. Limitation of Liability


We are not liable for:

  • business losses (including lost profits, data, or business interruption)

  • delays caused by events outside our control

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Prohibited Use of the Website

You may not use the website to:

  • break any law

  • infringe intellectual property rights

  • upload malware or harmful code

  • collect data unlawfully

  • mislead, impersonate, or defraud others

  • send spam or scrape data

  • disrupt website security or functionality
